Our company was established in 2014 and operates in the field of tourism. At present, we own and operate 91 apartments located in a well-known relaxation destination – Medulin. Since 2017, we have extended the scope of our company’s business with construction works and investments. In particular, we have built 14 apartments in the LEPEZA building. We are currently preparing an extensive developer project for the construction of 73 apartments intended for commercial sale.
